From the console window of Palm-debugger, make sure the console stub
is active on the device (shortcut..2).
dir 0 List names of databases on device
export 0 "AddressDB" Export named database from Palm to host
BackupBuddy is a pretty great program as well. If you're running BB all
of the databases are copies back to the host on hostsync.
