Retrieving Databases from the Palm

For various reasons I need to grab a database that exists on the palm device
so I can test my program on the POSE... how would I go about retrieving just
the databases from the Palm unit?

I do not have a conduit program for my program as the data is being dealt
with specially by another series of programs we have written for Windows.
