Porting from PalmOS to Mac and Win32

Any suggestions/recommendations for software to port PalmOS to Mac 
and Win32 with a minimum of additional code for the GUI objects in 
the different operating systems?  My PalmOS code was done with CW so 
I'm inclined to stay with C/C++ in CW.
