It appears that you could use AppForge to build your Palm app, then use the
same code but change all the forms in VB to create a Windows app without
much effort.  (All your development in AppForge is in VB on Windows, so your
Palm app actually already runs on Windows without changes.  However, on
Windows the default UI will appear to be a small green postage stamp.)

This won't help you at all for creating a Mac version.
