When I create a project using the 3.1 stationery, the header file name is
initially blank in Constructor and Starter.c (or .cpp) includes
"StarterRsc.h". Therefore, I would suggest changing the header file name in
Constructor. ( If I create a new project with the 3.5 stationery, the
header file name is set to StarterRsc.h in the source code and in
Constructor. )
I don't know why your Constructor uses Starter_res.h, but it may have to do
with different versions of CW, the SDK, update 1, or the patch from
MetroWerks.
