Just a thought - check if your code segment is too large.
I had similar problems. My application's code segment size was very near to
the 64k.
It was running fine on the POSE and real devices, but I was not able to
debug it with the POSE (I didn't try debugging on the real device).
Now it's a multi segment project and works and debugs fine.
