Our solution does pretty much the same thing, and, therefore, is equally as
horrible.

OK, I've done some work on this, and I've come up with a solution, albeit
a really bad one, but I have no alternative.

My setup program comes with a ConnectionDB.pdb and NetworkDB.pdb
encapsulated as a resource, and when you run the setup program, it removes
the old versions of the databases and DmCreateDatabaseFromImage()es the
new ones onto the Palm.

This is absolutely horrible, and I would hate to have to deploy like this,
but it seems to be the only thing that works.  If anyone has any comments
on this, please advise.
