Bad Form

Hi all

I get the bad form error when I try to scroll on the form.  I check the
event because it crashes at EvtGetEvent  and it was sclRepeatEvent...  I
know form has a scroll arrows but I like scrollbar better so I'm using
scrollbar.  Can anyone tell me more about bad form??
