Having just taken our primary application through "Platinum" testing
I was told that "Palm Powered" is the replacement for it, primarily in
name. There are differences because of the Alliance program, but
the compatibility issue remains the same. However this whole
issue is very muddy.

For example: I was told by a Palm Inc executive (promoting Alliance) at
PalmSource that the new "Customer Approved" is really going to be
the replacement for "Platinum". Looking at costs, that'll make "Platinum"
look cheap.
