What is the strategy for developing apps which work on 3.0->3.5, using the
3.5 SDK? It seems that some portions of my app work great on 3.5, but seem
to crash 3.1. Are there any docs for the 3.1 SDK? I know that there are
docs which point out the changes in the OS and SDK from in 3.5, but so far
they have not solved my problem...

Particularly, I need to be able to double buffer drawing bitmaps in
windows, which I am currently doing using and offscreenwindow, and then
using WinCopyRectangle to copy it back to the active window...
