Read the Compatibility Guide, Appendix B in the PalmOS 3.5 SDK Reference
Manual. It will tell you what has changed between each version, what
API's are new in 3.5, how to know what API's you can call on an actual
device, and what glue libraries exist (if any) you need to use a newer
API call on an older device.
