After the hotsync is completed the application is being launched with
a notify launch code, you can schedule an alarm there, which again starts
the program with an alarm notify code. from there you can call the launch
routine.
Handling other launch codes than sysappnormallaunch is a little bit tricky,
so read palm os reference first :-)
