  i bugged john marshall about this :)) 

  for now, prc-tools 2.0 == not possible, only way to do it is to 
  place the headers in sdk/ :) [ie: the default]. i would like to
  see prc-tools 2.1 be smart enough to accept:

    -palmosX   --> look in $PALMDEV/sdk-X
    -palmosX.Y --> look in $PALMDEV/sdk-X.Y

  john - get busy :P look forward to prc-tools 2.1 
  (when it finally gets built for cygwin) :P
