Yeah, it seemed odd to me that you couldn't have two databases with the same name but
different creator IDs, but that's the way it works.

You can only have on database with a given name, so no, you can't have two programs
with the same database name. Code is stored in code resources on the palm, and these
resources are combined with the other resources such as forms and buttons and such and
together placed in a resource database with a name of your choosing. The important
thing to remember is that this database should have a different name than the data
database your application creates to store user entered data.
