I'm pretty sure the rule is that you can only have one database with a given name in 
the RAM of a given card. Since most Palm devices have only one card, that pretty well 
means you're limited to one database with a given name in RAM at a time. If you try to 
create a database with the same name on the same card, DmCreateDatabase will return an 
error. If you install the database via HotSync, it'll overwrite the existing database. 
For application databases, if you beam the database using the Launcher, the receiving 
device will ask whether you want to replace the existing application.
