ScrDriverNew.c Line:499, Invalid Params

on POSE 3.0,3.1 ad 3.2 ROMS I get ScrDriverNew.c Line:499, Invalid 
Params when trying to WinDrawBitmap to an offscreenwindow. I do not 
get this error with 3.3 or 3.5 ROMS.

what the heck is going on?
