Failed To Connect To Remote

I've been getting this consistent error message.  Usually I just exit
POSE and then CW.

When I restart CW and then open POSE again, I'm able to download to the
emulator for debugging.

Now, the message always pops up.  I can't debug anymore.  Is there
something I need to do?  Reinstall POSE?  Do something in the console
window in CW?

I'm kind of stuck...I need to debug.  :^)
