1. It's possible that your prc is corrupt. Try loading it directly on POSE
(e.g., by dragging it).
2. It's possible that CodeWarrior is corrupt. Try deleting the Autosave and
Debugging Cache folders:
a) close the IDE and the emulator,
b) delete the CodeWarrior Autosave and Debugging Cache folders (from
C:\WINNT\Metrowerks on NT),
c) restart the IDE,
d) restart the emulator with Caps lock on so you start with a fresh emulator
session,
e) create a new stationery project,
f) enable the debugger and try to debug to the emulator
