I can't help you much, except to say that creating your own jump tables is just a way
to avoid breaking up an application into multiple segments, or to avoid the
performance hit of the smart or large memory model (in some cases).
My understanding is that calls made from one segment into a different segment go
through a mechanism that allows unlimited distance between the two. If all your code
segments are less than 32K, and all your data segments are less than 64K, and all the
code that needs to be in the first segment is there (stuff for the other launch
codes), then it should work.
