Why use CW for Win CE developing, when you got the fantastic VC environment

CodeWarrior doesn't really support Windows CE. There is very limited
support for the x86 CE emulator in CodeWarrior for Windows and some work was
done for to target CodeWarrior for MIPS and V800 to work for CE, but those
tools aren't easily available -- the MIPS and V800 toolsets are both several
thousand dollars from Metrowerks. There is no CW for ARM right now -- ARM's
toolkit does use the CW IDE, but it is also several thousand dollars.
