Chris,
The FrmCloseAllForms thing was that the debug ROM would tell you there
was a possible memory leak if you didn't include that call in AppStop.
It wouldn't affect "Records left locked..." However, I do remember
there being a certain version of the emulator or debug ROM or something
that would erroneously give you that error. The details, if I recall
correctly, were listed in the 3.5 SDK FAQs on Palm's site. I'd
recommend just making sure you have the latest version of ROM and
emulator and try again.

There was a thread about that error last year, and, if I remember
correctly,
someone from Palm mentioned that the OS 3.5 debug ROM will complain if
an application doesn't properly close all its forms. Sorry, but I don't
remember
details.
