CWR7 with POSE 3.1 on a PIII 400.
Just recently, I've run into a problem with POSE (starting with 3.0a8) and
CWR7. I'm assuming it's a CodeWarrior issue.
Each time I launch CodeWarrior 7, CodeWarrior kicks off not one, but two
copies of POSE. I noticed this when I tried to debug. The app load
progress bar appeared and the program broke at PilotMain, but POSE never
entered its blank & "waiting" state. Hitting run didn't cause the app to
run. Took me a minute to figure out that the reason was that there was a
second copy of POSE on top of the copy that actually loaded and was running
my app. Closed the top copy and all was well, but it happens each time I
start CWR7.
I've tried trashing the \Windows\Metrowerks folder, thinking it was corrupt
prefs, but I still see the same problem. Uncheck the "Launch POSE" in CWR7
and I get no copies of POSE. I'd like a compromise...perhaps...one copy.
Anyone have any insight?
