Check the folder that you've set as the path to the emulator in the Palm
Connection Settings panel.  Make sure that you've set the path all the way
to the Emulator executable (otherwise it will try to load all executables
-- Emulator.exe and Emulator-Profile.exe -- in the folder).  Also, check
your Target Settings.  I've seen people check "Use third party debugger"
and give the path to the emulator in the Build Extras panel, which will
launch another version of the emulator when you load the project.
