Read the docs (Reference & Companion) on the Exchange Manager and the IR
Library. Familiarize yourself with the IrDA protocols at www.irda.org. See
IR Ping at <http://bodotill.suburbia.com.au/ir_ping/ir_ping.html> for an
example of an app that uses the IR Library. See Memo Pad and the other PIM
apps for examples of apps that use the Exchange Manager. If you have
questions, check the knowledge base and the archives on comm-dev-forum.
That should get you started...
