You can upload a ROM from your own Palm device to your desktop for your
personal use, and you can obtain other ROM images by signing a NON
DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT and then downloading them from Palm, Inc. Neither
option gives you the right to distribute ROM images to other people.
I'm sure that on Monday you can get a stronger statement to that effect from
the Palm legal department.
