its unclear if it is his own ROM (written totally from scratch) or
a modification to a Palm ROM :P in the event that it is his own
ROM (like winstone [linux]) its probably ok, but if he has modified
a Palm based rom to include portugese language or so, then he may
have a problem, as Palm still owns the programs in the rom.
Bruno needs to make his question more clearer :P
