As others mentioned, there are several tools for the Palm that do this. You
can run these on Poser. There are also desktop tools, such as xPDB, PDBingo
(PDB Operations), and ptools (Java). And you can always use a hex editor,
once you're familiar with the PRC/PDB format. :)
