CW 7 can be used to create an app that runs on any Palm OS device. Use the
3.5 stationery, which is set up to allow the 3.5 API's, but don't call any
function unless it also existed in 3.0. If you don't know which functions
were added in 3.5, see the "3.5 New Feature Set" section of the
documentation. Also, the documentation for each function says when it was
introduced. (For example, WinDrawPixel was introduced in 3.5, so you can't
use it on a 3.0 device.)
