DropRsr only works from Mac to PC, not from PC to Mac.

I do the following:

- Open and save the file in ResEdit to create a resource fork.
- Open the file in a hex-editor, I use HexEdit.
- Copy the entire data fork and paste it into the resource fork.

This is a nuisance and Metrowerks should make a small utility to do this.
Even better would be if Constructor could read from the data fork.
