Actually, DropRsr works (running on a Mac) to convert from Mac to PC, or
from PC to Mac. If you drop a Mac resource file on it, it creates a data
file. If you drop a data file on it, it first asks for the offset of the
resource fork (enter 0), and then creates a Mac resource file.
