Dunno. I've done this many dozen times before and it has worked. But
before I told you it worked I tried it myself (using Paint to create the
image and Constructor 1.5) and got what you described: it pasted but didn't
look at all like what I had copied. Then I opened and copied a bitmap I had
previously used (i.e., I had saved it as a bmp), created a new image in
Constructor, and pasted it in successfully. So I'm guessing it is some
information in the newly created image that isn't in the file I'd saved to
disk. I've email you an attachment with the bmp (maybe you can open it,
change it as required, and then paste it...).
