keep in mind that palmos is backward compatible.. using 3.5 headers
will allow you to compile an app for 1.0 :) just as long as you dont
use API's that didn't exist then.
the same would apply for the enumerated types.. they normally
"add" new ones :) so, on a 3.0 device, the constants declared in
3.5 headers would never occur (the new ones)
