Are there any books for J2ME/Java? (Beside the Java Micro Edition by Eric
Giguere)?

My most useful reference now is the SDK. I took the PDF file to Kinkos and
had all 1250 pages printed (double-sided) and punched. I keep it in a
three-ring notebook. You can buy the SDK in book form, but I find the
binder to be very convenient.

However, the SDK isn't the only useful book that I refer to. I have two
books that have been helpful in introducing topics to me.

Palm OS Programming for Dummies
Liz O'Hara, John Schettino
IDG Books

Palm OS Programming Bible
Lonnon R. Foster
IDG Books

The "for Dummies" book is dated -- it was written before any of the color
devices, for instance -- but is a good introduction to basic Palm topics.

If you go to amazon.com and search for "Palm Programming", you'll get a lot
of books. You can read through the reader reviews to get an idea of whether
the book will be good for the topics you need covered.

Hope this helps.

Jeff
