There is though... At least on the Mac. You can use the MPW DeRez command to
that takes a .rsrc file and generates a .r file (a text description of the
GUI resources). The format for the .r file can be found in the Palm OS SDK
in the file UIResDefs.r. In fact, the PilRC plugin for Codewarrior takes the
.rcp file and generates a .r file.
