There is no big difference. Only change the path to SDK (from
{Compiler}\Palm 3.0 Support to {Compiler}\Palm 3.5 Support) and change all
references to <Pilot.h> to <PalmOS.h> and <PalmCompatibility.h> (there might
be more includes that need to be changed, but usually that's all).
