The cable that connects the Palm to the device. Some use the Palm hotsync
cable, some use the Palm modem cable, some makeup their own cable. If you
have basic knowledge of the RS232 port, you will be able to create your
cable (or know which one to use). You can get the electrical
characteristics of the Palm serial port when you join the palm developer
program and then sign up for the hardware developer program.
