Answering an old question... the transition to 4.0 didn't have so many
"gotchas" as 3.5 did, particularly in the tools, so there wasn't such a
need for a Top Issues page. (But if you didn't move to 3.5 and are just
jumping straight to 4.0, make sure you read that 3.5 page!)
However, Ezekiel wrote a nice developer-oriented summary of 4.0's changes
and it is posted at http://www.palmos.com/dev/tech/docs/palmos40/
