Rick,
This is a known problem in the PalmDebugger plugin. The reason is because of the
extra error checking code and timeouts to work around some issues when
downloading large PRCs onto a Palm device. The downside (pun unintended) is that
downloads are slowed down. I've trying to get this resolved for some time now,
but if you could provide any large examples it would be helpful.
