Yeah, this makes it almost unusable for large PRCs (on the order of 200k).
What I was instructed to do is turn off the "Always Download" setting the
debugger options and just make sure to hotsync the latest version of the app
to the device before debugging. It's a pain because you have to start/stop
hotsync, but it does work as a woukaround.
