With the coming of higher resolution screen sizes, I'm wondering if
there is a simple solution to a couple of problems.
1) say you have an application that uses 160x160 bitmap backgrounds.
What is the effect of running the application on the higher
resolution device?
a) does the image get stretched?
b) does the image show up smaller?
c) does the OS sense this and switch to 160x160 mode?
d) other? explain
2) Is there a common (suggested) approach for making applications that
depend on bitmaps, compatible with all resolution types?
3) similar question regarding positioning of controls..
Thanks
