PalmOS 4.0 and LstSetDrawFunction

With PalmOS 3.5 the bounds of the itemlist doesn't count the space needed
for the up and down arrows.
With PalmOS 4.0 the bounds are given regarding the presence of an arrow.
Well, it's very easier for left justifying while drawing a list.
But, how to right justify the list ?

I have a such list : works well with PalmOS 3.5 but not with PalmOS 4.0
