If you want your list right justified, and you use the scroll arrows within
the list, then you need to leave a portion on the right side blank.
Therefore, rather than justifying based on the width of the bounds you are
given in the draw procedure, justify based on the width of the list,
subtracting the necessary amount. Not pretty, but it seems this is necessary
if you don't want the arrows to overlap your list items.
