Thanks for the speedy response.  Unfortunately, I do not have much more info
than a "Fatal exception" message pops up that requires a soft reset.  I
usually test my apps on 3 different ROMS (different devices, different OSs
ranging from OS 3.0 - 3.5.2) using POSE and gremlins and a million cycle
milestone for each cycle. A lot of my apps utilize barcode scanning so I
also do a lot of testing on physical devices.  I currently test on 4
different devices (again ranging in OS) but I usually use that for usability
testing(since it would take me a LONG time to generate a million events) and
rely on the gremlins for stability testing but I always perform both
methods.

I think the suggestion you make of wiping the unit is a good one if I can
convince the customer but that is unlikely.  Anyway, thanks for the
response.
