Dave,

Thanks for the suggestion.  I was trying to avoid
having a second bitmap due to size.

By the way, the reason that I am wanting to gray out a
bitmap is for the unregistered version of my program.
Once it is registered, the bitmap is no longer grayed
and becomes functional :).
