I think the variation between OS versions affects the order in which the
objects are scanned when searching for an object to handle an event. I'm
fairly sure that the order in which the objects are displayed has never
changed. If you have an older version of Constructor, it may automatically
rearrange your form objects to match their ID order. This bug was fixed, so
if it happens, just download the latest version and you should be fine. Use
the hierarchy window to specify the order of the objects in the form.
