How is this Palm's problem? Why aren't you posting to Microsoft's mailing
lists complaining about NT not supporting USB? What about all the other
USB peripherals that don't work on NT: digital cameras, zip drives, etc.?
Admittedly, it would be nice if the Palm cradle came with both serial and
USB connectors, but you can't expect every peripheral vendor to forgo
progress (moving to USB) just because a 5 year old OS doesn't support it.
