This is a known debugger bug in release 6 of CodeWarrior on starting the debugger to connect to a 3.5 device (or emulator session). If this is what you have, go to http://www.metrowerks.com/download/ and search for patches released with CodeWarrior for Palm Computing Platform 6 and download and install the debugger plugins patch to fix this issue. Or just click continue on that message.
