If that is the case, write your own app in VC++ that makes the dll calls and
use LaunchAppAndWait() to run this app from IS. I did this at first before
I figured out how to make dll calls from IS. I have source code if you need
it.

The 'PalmOS Bible' says explicitly that you cannot use InstallShield bundled
with Visual Studio 6 for installing conduits. Apparently you need the
proffessional version which is very expensive.
