Constructor 1.6 is part of the 4.0 SDK which you can get at
http://www.palmos.com/cgi-bin/sdk40.cgi/. I couldn't find a good list of
the new features to paste in for you, and if I try, I'll probably get it
wrong. It's better. Download it and try it out.
