Best I can tell, what your source told you is correct. If you didn't
understand it, I'd spend more time getting familiar with Palm OS
programming. If you don't know C, then you will need to learn that first.
I don't recommend using the Palm OS as a learning platform for C.
Your other option may be to use a different (non C) development system. I
won't mention all the basic-like possibilities but just read the 'getting
started' page for developers on the PalmOS website.
